ELKSECURE reserves the right to recover all reasonable costs incurred in the collection of overdue accounts, including but not limited to administration fees, debt recovery agency costs, legal fees and enforcement expenses, as permitted under applicable Queensland legislation. In the event of non-payment, ELKSECURE may suspend or restrict services, withhold access credentials, programming, monitoring services, warranties, or system support and may disable or restrict functionality of installed security systems where legally permissible, until all outstanding amounts are paid in full. 5. Emergency Services For emergency locksmith or security technician services, we will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly. However, response times may vary depending on location, availability, and the nature of the emergency. 6. Scheduling and Cancellations Appointments for non-emergency services must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 4 hours prior (or at your earliest convenience) Failure to cancel or reschedule may result in a cancellation fee. Special order items cannot be cancelled, 75% of quote will be required upon cancellation. Emergency services cannot be cancelled, a call out fee will be required upon cancellation. 7. Liability ELKSECURE will perform all services to the best of its ability but makes no guarantees regarding the results of services, especially in cases of pre-existing damage or wear to locks, doors, or security systems. Our liability for any claims arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
